Our comprehensive coverage spans across the entire United Kingdom, and our standard delivery service stands as one of the swiftest in the industry. We guarantee delivery to all of mainland UK. In addition, we will also deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight for £12.99 delivery charge.
Typically, our made-to-measure blinds are dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. For precise delivery times, we recommend referring to the individual product pages where estimated delivery times are provided. Furthermore, you can stay updated on the progress of your order at every step of the way, making the process as straightforward as Measure, Order, and Fit!


We offer a convenient Next Day Express service for select products labeled with the 'Next Day Express' tag. By choosing this option, you can upgrade your blind for an additional fee of just £9.95. It's important to note that this upgrade charge applies per order, regardless of the number of blinds you choose to upgrade. To ensure prompt delivery, we guarantee dispatch of the upgraded blinds on the next working day if your order is placed with the upgrade before 11am from Monday to Friday. This expedited service allows you to receive your upgraded blinds swiftly and efficiently.


In order to ensure secure delivery, all our shipments require a signature upon receipt. In the event that no one is available to accept the delivery, our courier will make an attempt to deliver the parcel to a neighboring address before returning it to the local depot. Alternatively, certain couriers may opt to leave the parcel at your nearby Post Office (subject to size restrictions) instead of returning it to the depot. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive a notification card from the courier, indicating the whereabouts of your parcel.

If the initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will automatically schedule a second delivery attempt on the following working day. In the event that the second attempt is also unsuccessful, the parcel will typically be held at the local depot, awaiting further instructions from you.


Certain postal codes may necessitate the involvement of a third-party courier, and this service will be provided to you without any extra cost. The affected areas are outlined in the following list. If your delivery falls within one of these locations, your tracking information will indicate that it has been handed over to our third-party courier. Please be aware that final delivery may take an additional 3-5 working days in such cases.
Please note, we are unable to deliver to BFPO addresses and PO Box addresses.


Please be aware that the availability of our fast track and next day delivery options may vary depending on the product.

For orders placed before 11am and selecting the 'Next Day' option, the order will be dispatched on the next working day. However, if the order is placed after 11am, the dispatch will occur on the subsequent working day. A surcharge will be applied for this expedited service.

Alternatively, if you choose the 'Fast Track' option and place your order before 11am, the dispatch will take place within 2-3 working days. In the case of orders placed after 11am, the dispatch will occur on the next working day. Similarly, a surcharge will be applied for this accelerated service.

Please note that if you wish to avail of the 'fast track' or 'next day' service and the total value of your order is below £199, the amount payable will be the standard delivery charge of £9.95 in addition to the relevant premium dispatch charge.

We would like to inform you that when referring to delivery days, we strictly consider them as business days, which are Monday to Friday. For FastTrack orders placed after 10am on Fridays, as well as on weekends or bank holidays, the delivery will be scheduled for the next available business day. Rest assured that you will be provided with the delivery date information when adding the FastTrack service to your basket during the ordering process. We strive to provide flexible delivery options to accommodate your needs, ensuring prompt delivery of your order.

It is important to highlight that all orders will be dispatched based on the product with the longest lead time. We do not offer split deliveries for orders, meaning that the entire order will be dispatched together.
