Likewise, natural fabrics such as linen and cotton may also exhibit differences and inconsistencies, especially when sourced from different batches. These variations are part of the natural characteristics of these materials and can contribute to their organic appeal.
Please keep in mind that these natural variations should be expected and embraced as they contribute to the authenticity and individuality of the products made from natural materials.
Many of our products are custom-made to your specific measurements. It is your responsibility to accurately measure your window, curtain pole, or track before placing an order. 8) Made to measure products
Our made-to-measure products are customized specifically to your precise requirements. Once these products have been manufactured, they are uniquely suited to you and cannot be canceled or returned. It is of utmost importance to be certain about the product and size you need when ordering made-to-measure items. We strongly recommend taking advantage of our free sample service before placing an order. By doing so, you can assess the color and quality of the product beforehand.
Please note that Royalhomefurnishing cannot be held responsible if you are dissatisfied with the color or general quality of the product. We highly recommend carefully reviewing your order to ensure the accuracy and correctness of the products ordered and the measurements provided. This is essential as these custom-made items are tailored specifically to your requirements.
While our policy regarding made-to-measure products is stringent, it does not impact your statutory rights as a consumer.
We would like to inform you that our fabric cutting process is performed by highly skilled professionals who strive to achieve accuracy within a variance of +/- 3cm. Please be aware that if the sizes of the fabric fall within this tolerance limit, we will not be able to replace the order, and you will not be entitled to reject the goods on the basis of size discrepancies within this range.
Please note that most fabrics undergo a dyeing process, which can result in slight shade variations between different batches. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an exact shade match for previous orders. Additionally, the fabric sample you receive may have a slight difference in shade compared to the eventual order you receive.
For patterned fabrics, the sample dispatched to you may not fully showcase the entire range of colors or the complete pattern design. If you have any doubts or concerns about the precise nature of the fabric, we recommend contacting our customer services team for further assistance and advice.
11) Order processing, cancellation or amendments and our contract
By placing an order with us, you are entering into a legally binding contract. However, it is important to note that made-to-measure goods, such as blinds, are exempt from the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which means that the 14-day cancellation rights typically granted under the legislation do not apply.
Nonetheless, you still have the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund if production of the products or any relevant components has not yet commenced. To determine if your order has entered production, please contact us by phone as soon as possible. It is highly recommended that you review the email confirmation of your order to ensure its accuracy.
If your goods have already been manufactured, we are unable to provide a refund. Therefore, it is crucial to promptly notify us if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order.
The price displayed at the checkout and provided in your confirmation email is the total price you will pay for the goods, inclusive of VAT. It is important to review your confirmation email upon receipt to verify that you are satisfied with the price of the ordered goods.
Please note that deliveries to specific areas, such as the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, may be subject to additional charges imposed by the carrier. If any extra charges apply to your order, we will promptly inform you of these additional costs as soon as possible.
It is recommended to carefully review your confirmation email to ensure that you are fully content with the price stated for the goods you have ordered.
When placing an order on the Royalhomefurnishing website, your order will be processed only after full payment for the goods has been made using a credit or debit card. We accept online payments with major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. To ensure the security of your payment card details, they will be encrypted to minimize the risk of unauthorized access or disclosure.

In the event that we are unable to supply a particular item due to reasons beyond our reasonable control, we will notify you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any discounts or compensation in such unforeseen circumstances.
15) Delivery of your goods
The estimated dispatch time for each product is indicated on the respective landing page. Please note that if we specify a dispatch time of 7 days, it refers to 7 business days starting from the moment payment is received in our bank account. Business days refer to days when clearing banks in Edinburgh and London are open for normal business operations. It is important to note that the specified delivery terms may not apply during busy periods such as bank holidays and the Christmas season. For a more specific dispatch date, you can access the order tracking login after placing your order.
Deliveries to certain areas, such as the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands, may be subject to additional charges imposed by the carrier. If any extra charges apply to your order, we will notify you of these additional costs as soon as possible.
Delivery will be made to the address you have specified. Please be aware that we can only deliver products within mainland UK. Our courier will handle the delivery process. While we strive to ensure timely delivery within the quoted period, we cannot be held liable for any losses arising from delays beyond our control.
We strongly advise against booking a fitter to install the product until the order has been delivered and you have checked for any defects or missing parts. It is important to ensure that the order is complete and in satisfactory condition before scheduling any installation.
16) Defective and damaged goods
At Royalhomefurnishing, we conduct rigorous quality checks on all our products before they are dispatched. Royalhomefurnishing provides a 12-month manufacturer's guarantee to cover any manufacturing faults in our products. Additionally, we offer a limited guarantee for an additional four years, providing a total of five years of coverage. In the event of a manufacturing fault, we reserve the right to either replace or repair the product. It may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection before a replacement product is dispatched.
Please note that this guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which remain unaffected.
