Headrails: We have 2 Types of headrails in PVC window blinds.
- Plastic Headrail: The PVC Plastic Venetian Blinds come with a high-quality PVC (polyvinyl) material headrail. (Note: The plastic headrail comes in 45cm to 180cm width.)
- Metal Headrail: The blinds come with a high-grade aluminum headrail that matches the color scheme for a seamless look. (Note: The Aluminum Headrail comes in 195cm Width to 240cm Width)

Operating instruction:
- Cord: Control your blinds effortlessly using strings. They feature an auto-lock mechanism – pull right to lock and left to unlock. Enjoy simple and convenient operation for the perfect window covering experience. (Right-hand side)
- Wand: To operate the blinds, simply use the wand to tilt the slats to your desired angle. overlapping slats that are effective in blocking the light. (Left-hand side). This makes it easy to adjust the blinds to your preferred level of light and privacy.
Mounting: Our blinds offer the flexibility of being mounted either on the top, side, or the face of the window, providing multiple installation options to suit your preferences. Our Blinds or shades Can be fitted inside or outside the window recess.
Trimming instructions:
- BLIND WIDTH REDUCTION: Easily trimmed with a sharp pair of scissors and a hack saw or Blind Cutter. Please note that the 45 cm blind can only be trimmed down to the maximum of 41 cm due to fittings Up to 1.5 cm may be cut from each side
- BLIND DROP REDUCTION: Drops can be reduced by removing excess slats. The maximum drop can be reduced by removing excess slats from the base after the blind is hung.
Child Safety: We provide cord safety devices, such as cord cleats, specifically designed for our PVC Venetian blinds. These safety devices are essential in securing cords out of reach of children, allowing you to neatly wrap and secure any excess cords. Using these devices ensures that the cords don't hang loosely, minimizing any potential hazards and enhancing the safety of our PVC Venetian blinds for your home.
Care instructions: Regularly dust the blinds with a feather duster or any cloth. Damp a soft cloth or sponge in the soapy water and gently wipe the slats.

When you place an order for goods, it is important to note that you are entering into a legally binding contract. As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain items, such as custom-made blinds, fall outside the scope of this legislation, and the standard 14-day cancellation rights may not apply. However, it is still possible to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the production of the goods or any related components has not yet commenced. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. We will verify whether the order has entered the production phase. We strongly recommend reviewing the email confirmation of your order to ensure its accuracy.
Order Arrives Damaged
Although all Royalhomefurnishing products undergo thorough quality checks prior to shipping, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. If you encounter any problems, please reach out to us via email at royalhomefurnishing@bahawalsherint.co.uk or contact our customer service team at 01412586306. In the event that the packaging appears damaged, kindly make a note on the delivery note indicating 'damaged.' If upon inspection you find that your blind is damaged, please contact our customer services team, and we will make arrangements for a replacement. You have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective items resulting from manufacturing or delivery-related issues. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, facilitate the shipment of a replacement. We reserve the right to request digital pictures pertaining to the reported issues or ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. Rest assured, these actions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a range of products that are customized to your specific measurements. It is essential that you accurately measure your window, curtain pole, or track before placing an order. If you have any uncertainties about our products or require assistance with measuring, please contact our customer services team for guidance before placing an order. Alternatively, you can refer to our online measuring guide available on our website. Prior to placing your order online or via phone, it is your responsibility to review the product details and measurements. You are also accountable for verifying the order details through the email confirmation. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if incorrect measurements are provided, as the customized products cannot be resold.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we may request that you return the item to us for inspection. Once we have received and assessed your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For non-customized items, including Blinds for Velux, Keylight, Dakstra, Rooflite, and Fakro windows, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused and in a resalable condition. To qualify for a refund, please contact us to arrange the return. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will provide a full refund. Please note that the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs are non-refundable. If needed, we can organize the collection of the items for return at a charge of £12.50 per parcel.
Returns Procedure
To initiate the returns procedure, kindly contact us in advance to notify us of your intention to return any items. It would be helpful to have your order number readily available when contacting us.
When returning the item, please ensure that you clearly write your order number on the package to facilitate proper identification.
To prevent any damage during transit, please use suitable packaging when preparing the item for return.
