As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, certain items, such as custom-made blinds, fall outside the scope of this legislation, and the standard 14-day cancellation rights may not apply. However, it is still possible to cancel your order and receive a full refund if the production of the goods or any related components has not yet commenced. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or make changes to your order. We will verify whether the order has entered the production phase. We strongly recommend reviewing the email confirmation of your order to ensure its accuracy.
Order Arrives Damaged
Although all Royalhomefurnishing products undergo thorough quality checks prior to shipping, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise. If you encounter any problems, please reach out to us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or contact our customer service team at 01412586306. In the event that the packaging appears damaged, kindly make a note on the delivery note indicating 'damaged.' If upon inspection you find that your blind is damaged, please contact our customer services team, and we will make arrangements for a replacement. You have a period of 7 days from the receipt of your goods to report any damaged or defective items resulting from manufacturing or delivery-related issues. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, facilitate the shipment of a replacement. We reserve the right to request digital pictures pertaining to the reported issues or ask for the product to be returned to us for inspection. Rest assured, these actions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns and Refunds
We offer a range of products that are customized to your specific measurements. It is essential that you accurately measure your window, curtain pole, or track before placing an order. If you have any uncertainties about our products or require assistance with measuring, please contact our customer services team for guidance before placing an order. Alternatively, you can refer to our online measuring guide available on our website. Prior to placing your order online or via phone, it is your responsibility to review the product details and measurements. You are also accountable for verifying the order details through the email confirmation. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds if incorrect measurements are provided, as the customized products cannot be resold.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, we may request that you return the item to us for inspection. Once we have received and assessed your return, we will inform you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For non-customized items, including Blinds for Velux, Keylight, Dakstra, Rooflite, and Fakro windows, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the items are unused and in a resalable condition. To qualify for a refund, please contact us to arrange the return. Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will provide a full refund. Please note that the original delivery costs and the return shipping costs are non-refundable. If needed, we can organize the collection of the items for return at a charge of £12.50 per parcel.
To initiate the returns procedure, kindly contact us in advance to notify us of your intention to return any items. It would be helpful to have your order number readily available when contacting us.
When returning the item, please ensure that you clearly write your order number on the package to facilitate proper identification.
To prevent any damage during transit, please use suitable packaging when preparing the item for return.
